I love training on hills! They are fun, challenging and if you like to compete that produce faster race times for Walkers AND Runners. In this video I describe how to approach ‘hills’ whether walking, running or the ones life throws at you every so often.

Sand Walking Tips

Walking on sand can be a useful part of your walking regimen but you want to be cautious not to over do it as it is strenuous. In this video on the beach I describe why I enjoy sand walking and a few training exercises that have benefited me.
