A very comfortable and surprisingly affordable walking – running – training – racing shoe for 2020. I use it for leisure walking, power walking, race walking and runnning. It makes a great training shoe and if you are a beginning or intermediate 5k or 10k runner you can race in them mixing running and fast walking as I often do for better racing times, far more racing enjoyment and reduced recovery time. It is a light neutral shoe that breathes well and features a roomy toe-box and a nice heel-to-toe-drop (I explain why that is important in the video).
I also train in this brands previous trainer and have logged 1,107 miles in 5.5 months (168 days) and it still going strong. I expect the same or more from this new improved shoe.
