I like to regularly use speed sprint walks to develop faster arms and legs. I keep them fairly short and let it all go. I mix them in with my longer training walks.

In this bite-size 16 second video – you will see how my entire body is contributing to my speed and form. Use those arms, hips, gluts and tucked in abdomen. Short steps in front and long behind you. Push off with your feet. Remember, maintain the level-head. Any up-and-down movement wastes energy and time. Roll-thru your heel to toe.

Try to glide and feel yourself walking on air.
